Clarksons Offshore will take charge of the sale of four vessels and rigs owned by Remedial, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month.
Bids for its two elevating support vessel (ESV) newbuildings and two workover rigs along with other equipment and shares are due by 9 April, a statement says.
Remedial’s first ESV will be delivered from Cosco Qidong next month, with the second ship set to be rolled out by Yantai Raffles later in the year.
The assets are for sale as a block, but offers for equipment packages will be considered separately.
