Gulf course

CSAV Norasia is kicking off a new Intra-Gulf service which will employ a single vessel.

It will use the 1,216-teu Jock Rickmers (Ex, OOCL Advance, built 2001) on the run which will link upper Gulf ports, a statement says.

The Jock Rickmers will start and finish in Jebel Ali, visiting Dammam, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

Further port calls will be added in the future, the owner adds.

Only last week CSAV unveiled a feeder service into the Black Sea.

The Black Sea Link (BSL) run will take in Istanbul, Novorossiisk in Russia and Poti in Georgia.
