Titan Mercury sold
Titan Petrochemicals has offloaded another of its single-hulled VLCCs to a Thai shipowner.
Fernando Sanchez Ugarte has quit as president of Mexican tanker and offshore owner Grupo TMM.

Chairman and CEO Jose Serrano, however, will continue in his current post, a statement says.
Grupo TMM said: “These changes resulted from the financial restructuring executed last December, which strengthens the company and assures its financial viability.”
Ugarte had been in the top job for two years.
Last year the Mexico City and New York-listed company completed a debt restructuring process by converting debt owed to a Serrano-controlled firm into $41.2m in new equity. VEX received 46.8 million new shares in the deal.
